Presentation of the project content:
Strengthening family cohesion and unity, improving their health, raising awareness among the population by organising free training and events focusing on family experiences, children and healthy lifestyles. Social sensitization of the population through our programs – cooperation with other non-profit organizations, increase cooperation with the municipality – continuous staff and management development – when planning the theme of social programs, get feedback from participants and their current concerns.
The business content of the development:
The Association would convert the building in Balatonfüred into a Family Experience Centre with the present project proposal, which is leased for 15 years. The Association plans to carry out minor renovation and refurbishment of the building and to purchase equipment for its programmes, which is expected to generate an increase in income. The maintenance of the building, the long-term employment of its staff and its social activities would be supported by its business activities:
- To continue to operate the house as a place of accommodation, giving priority to reservations from disadvantaged people. We offer a 30% discount on the price of accommodation if they meet any of the following categories: large families, low net income per capita per household, disabled, mentally handicapped (proof of identity). We welcome reservations for accommodation from all over the country + abroad by advertising online.
- The house rents out some of its rooms and gardens for various events (company team-building training, product launches, standing receptions, press conferences, etc.).
- We will organise events, coordinated by a new employee – new employees: 3 new hires, of whom 3 will be disadvantaged.
Nursery teacher, assistant caretaker, event planner-marketer. In addition to the above-mentioned employee training, we provide continuous feedback on your work, initially a long training period and an active management-mentor relationship.
